Bill managed to fit me in earlier, arrived on time, was personable and professional and my carpets look great!

Carpet cleaning was fair....several deep stains were removed and the Rep was very professional. Will use Teasdale Fenton again. Keep up the good work.

Comment: Charles was my technician. He was professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. He gave me coffee mugs for my husband and I. I will be a returning customer.

Comment: Mike was very professional and did a great job! They were able to come out early as I requested and were able to get out the stains I was worried about. We will be using them again!

Good service by their technician. Very thorough and nice. However they were 35 minutes late outside of the scheduled 2 hour window, which caused me to be late for my event. Should get a discount for that lateness.

Shane was very thorough and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in our entire home. He called to tell me he was on his way and arrived at the exact time he said he would be here! He walked through each room making notes of stains and high traffic areas, then paid special attention to those areas to make our carpet look new. After he was finished cleaning the carpets, he suggested applying the Teflon coating...with three boys, his recommendation made perfect sense and will help keep our carpets looking new! We experienced fantastic customer service and would highly recommend Teasdale Fenton for carpet cleaning needs to all our family and friends!

First time ever using a company to clean carpets and they did a fantastic job! Could not have asked for a better job!

Ryan came out on time which was very important. When he got here he explained the enzyme treatment which I didn't mind getting. Overall I'm 99% pleased with the job. The carpet almost looks new again. I'll definitely use Teasdale again

Philip from Teasdale Fenton was on time, made solid recommendations and was extremely professional. He walked me thru every part of the home after the service to make sure I didn't have any questions and was happy with the service. Highly recommended.
