Yes. Our computer based software will have your account details of prior cleanings and services. We have records of all customers in our system.

In addition, some customers misplace service receipts. It happens. If you think you have used us in the past, call us and provide your phone number. If we find a match, we’ll tell you when we were last there.

Per room. Anything with it’s own name and space will count as a room. We’ll ask you for a brief description of the areas you want cleaned and price it on the phone accordingly. Our goal is to synchronize your exchange on the phone with your exchange with our technician.

Yes. Your technician will be in uniform and have proper identification.

The carpet will usually dry in 8 hours to 24 hours after the cleaning is completed. Damp carpet may take longer to dry in areas with poor circulation. We recommend setting your thermostat to 70 degrees or below with fans circulating the air.

It depends! Typically, a higher traffic area should be done twice a year, while a seldom used room with little traffic should be done once a year. In between cleanings, you should be vacuuming regularly. A vacuum with HEPA filtration is highly recommended.

While a DIY carpet cleaning using a store-bought machine may seem quicker or easier, the truth is it isn't as effective. Home steam cleaners don't typically reach the proper temperature for adequate cleaning. Additionally, these systems can leave behind too much moisture, which attracts more dirt and leads to mold and mildew.

Of course! We recommend wearing white socks or rubber soled shoes if you need to walk on it immediately after cleaning. To avoid tracking in new soil, try to keep your pets outside or in a confined area.

We don't. You don't need to move any furniture in order to deep clean your carpets, and we can work around any furniture. If you do want areas under smaller furniture like small tables, lamps, and other knickknacks cleaned, it may help to move that before we arrive.

Yes! We also offer portable extractors capable of cleaning areas not otherwise accessible.

Always! We use DuPont Teflon, a water-based protectant that forms an invisible shield around each fiber, giving it the ability to repel most liquids, prevent dirt from sticking to the fibers, and make it easier to take care of your carpet or upholstery.
You should have your carpet and upholstery protected after every cleaning; this will ensure their longevity and cleanability on the following professional cleaning and slow down any wear and soiling between professional cleanings!
