We provided emergency water damage restoration services by utilizing specialized sub-surface extraction tools to actively pull deep standing water from both the carpet fibers and the underlying pad. Afterward, we deployed commercial-grade LGR dehumidifiers and air movers to thoroughly stabilize the environment and complete the structural drying process.

June 29, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

Our emergency water mitigation team arrived promptly to extract the standing water from the concrete floor and safely remove saturated, unsalvageable items, including a large area rug. Following the initial water extraction, we utilised a pump sprayer to apply a commercial-grade antimicrobial sanitiser across the affected surface area to prevent mould growth and ensure proper hygiene. Finally, we prepared the basement for comprehensive structural drying by clearing the space around the HVAC units to deploy industrial dehumidifiers and air movers, effectively mitigating further moisture damage and restoring the property to a safe, dry condition.

Our emergency mitigation team responded promptly to extract the standing water from the wood-look flooring in both the bathroom and the connected hallway using professional-grade wet vacuum equipment. After successfully removing the excess water, we utilized a pump sprayer to apply a commercial antimicrobial treatment to the affected flooring and baseboards to sanitize the area, prevent bacterial and mold growth, and prepare the space for comprehensive structural drying.

June 28, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

Our emergency water damage restoration team arrived quickly to assess the affected bedroom and immediately began pulling the standing water from the carpet and underlying pad using a specialized weighted extraction wand. After removing the bulk moisture, we strategically deployed commercial-grade air movers alongside an industrial dehumidifier to establish a balanced drying system, ensuring the flooring materials and adjacent baseboards were completely dried to prevent mold growth and secondary structural degradation.

June 26, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

Our certified mould mitigation team deployed to the property, donning full personal protective equipment to safely access the encapsulated crawlspace and address the extensive fungal growth. We utilised a professional-grade antimicrobial sanitiser, applied via a pump sprayer directly to the affected wooden joists and subflooring, to thoroughly eradicate the dark mould spores, prevent future spread, and restore a safe, healthy structural foundation beneath the home.

May 28, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

We provided a comprehensive, broad-scope mitigation and controlled demolition solution to stabilize the property and prevent structural rot. Our team began by carefully detaching the saturated tack strips and water-damaged baseboards along the affected hallway and bedroom borders. To handle the water that had wicked upwards into the vertical structures, we performed a precise low-profile flood cut on the wet drywall assemblies, exposing the underlying framing plates to maximize airflow. We thoroughly applied an EPA-approved antimicrobial sanitizer across the concrete slab and the open wall cavities to neutralize potential pathogens and prevent mold development. Finally, we deployed heavy-duty subsurface water extraction units on the wet carpets, setting up a targeted system of commercial air movers and a low-grain refrigerant (LGR) dehumidifier to establish an aggressive drying cycle for the entire floor assembly.

May 27, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

Our team executed an immediate extraction and surface stabilization protocol to mitigate further structural damage. First, we deployed professional extraction wands to pull the standing water off the laminate floor surface and out of the sliding door track assembly. Next, we carefully moved exposed furniture items, toys, and personal belongings out of the wet zones to prevent finish bleeding or secondary water damage. Because outdoor runoff is classified as Category 3 "black water" and introduces environmental contaminants, we applied a thorough bio-wash and an EPA-approved antimicrobial sanitizer across the affected flooring to eliminate potential pathogens. Finally, we deployed commercial low-profile air movers to create a high-velocity drying path across the wood-look planks, safely stabilizing the structural area before secondary warping or buckling could occur.

May 23, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

We performed targeted demolition by removing the ruined vanity kickplate and making a clean flood cut along the basement drywall to expose the framing. We then applied a professional antimicrobial treatment to the exposed wall studs using a compression sprayer, extracted standing water from the basement carpet with a commercial-grade weighted unit, and deployed high-velocity air movers alongside an LGR dehumidifier to float the carpet and aggressively dry the structure.

May 18, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

We executed an extensive moisture tracking, controlled demolition, and sanitisation protocol to restore structural equilibrium. We began by conducting a rigorous moisture inspection using professional meters across the upstairs hallway bath and master bath to track the dry standard, verifying readings had stabilized down from 17%–18% to a safe 15%–16% baseline. Moving to the basement mitigation zone, we performed a controlled teardown of the water-damaged drop-ceiling assemblies to expose the floor joists for drying. To eliminate trapped moisture sub-pockets, we carefully detached the affected baseboards and quarter-round trim along the east and interior walls. We then detached and removed the saturated LVT flooring, clearing out zones both with and without underlying underlayment. Because plumbing leaks carry contaminants, we conducted an intensive bio-wash decontamination and applied an EPA-approved antimicrobial solution across the concrete slab, structural wall bases, and the furnace room subfloor to prevent mold colonization. Finally, we deployed a commercial LGR dehumidifier and arranged multiple high-velocity axial air movers to establish a aggressive, balanced structural drying envelope while compiling the technical data for the insurance adjuster.

April 30, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

Our team provided comprehensive water damage restoration services, including professional water extraction from the carpeted hallway and thorough carpet cleaning to remove water stains and residue. The area was then dried and sanitized to prevent mold growth and fully restore the carpet's appearance.

April 30, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

Our team provided comprehensive water damage restoration services. This included immediate assessment of the affected areas, setting up plastic containment barriers to isolate the damaged zone and prevent further contamination, and safely removing compromised drywall from the ceiling. We conducted an inspection of the attic to identify and address the source of the water intrusion. Specialized drying equipment was deployed to thoroughly dry all saturated materials, preventing mold growth and preparing the area for structural repairs and full restoration.

April 30, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

Teasdale Fenton arrived on-site to assess the extent of the water damage, including identifying the source of the leak and mitigating any ongoing water intrusion. Our team then performed water extraction and thorough drying of the affected areas. Following this, comprehensive repairs were carried out, which included patching and sealing the ceiling to address the cracks and discoloration, followed by professional repainting to restore the ceiling's original appearance.

Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness.

We had a pipe burst in our attic over a weekend and called Teasdale- Fenton. They sent someone out same-day to quote us on cleanup from the water leak and sent a team out the following day to remove wet insulation and leave Fans to dry everything out. Before removing the fans they moisture tested the whole area. Very pleased with their prompt and professional service.
