We provided emergency flood mitigation and heavy debris removal services. Our technicians initiated a comprehensive content pack-out process, carefully extracting contaminated furniture and salvageable items from the basement to the exterior for assessment and disposal. Inside the property, we cleared the saturated cardboard, heavy mud, and silt deposits to prepare the concrete foundation for professional sanitization and structural drying.

July 30, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

We utilized professional digital moisture meters to accurately map the water migration path from the compromised ceiling down through the wall cavities. After determining the full extent of the saturation, we initiated comprehensive water damage mitigation and targeted mold remediation protocols to safely treat the contaminated surfaces, eradicate the black mold, and thoroughly dry the affected structure to prevent further deterioration.

July 30, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

We provided comprehensive mold remediation and indoor air quality control services. To protect the property during the mitigation process, our technicians laid down heavy-duty floor protection paper along the hardwood hallway and covered the adjacent dining room furniture with protective plastic. We then deployed commercial air scrubbers and HEPA vacuum systems to capture airborne mold spores while safely removing the contaminated wall insulation and treating the exposed structural cavities.

July 30, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

We provided a comprehensive water damage inspection and targeted mitigation strategy. Our technicians utilized advanced FLIR thermal imaging technology to non-invasively scan the built-in cabinetry and surrounding structures, allowing us to accurately detect hidden moisture pockets and map the exact water migration path before initiating the structural drying process.

July 29, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

We provided comprehensive emergency water damage mitigation services. Our team began by performing extensive content manipulation, carefully shifting and protecting the customer's stored items in the workshop and living areas to clear the affected floors. We then extracted the standing water and deployed commercial-grade drying equipment, including a heavy-duty Phoenix dehumidifier and low-profile air movers, to thoroughly dry the concrete subfloor and stabilize the indoor environment.

July 28, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

We provided emergency water damage mitigation by first extracting the standing water from the utility room using professional wet vacuums. Following the initial water removal and floor drain inspection, we performed targeted structural demolition—removing the compromised carpeting and subflooring to fully expose the underlying wood joists and vapor barrier, ensuring the area was properly stabilized and prepared for comprehensive structural drying.

June 30, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

We provided emergency water damage restoration services by utilizing specialized sub-surface extraction tools to actively pull deep standing water from both the carpet fibers and the underlying pad. Afterward, we deployed commercial-grade LGR dehumidifiers and air movers to thoroughly stabilize the environment and complete the structural drying process.

June 29, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

Our emergency water mitigation team arrived promptly to extract the standing water from the concrete floor and safely remove saturated, unsalvageable items, including a large area rug. Following the initial water extraction, we utilised a pump sprayer to apply a commercial-grade antimicrobial sanitiser across the affected surface area to prevent mould growth and ensure proper hygiene. Finally, we prepared the basement for comprehensive structural drying by clearing the space around the HVAC units to deploy industrial dehumidifiers and air movers, effectively mitigating further moisture damage and restoring the property to a safe, dry condition.

June 28, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

Our emergency mitigation team responded promptly to extract the standing water from the wood-look flooring in both the bathroom and the connected hallway using professional-grade wet vacuum equipment. After successfully removing the excess water, we utilized a pump sprayer to apply a commercial antimicrobial treatment to the affected flooring and baseboards to sanitize the area, prevent bacterial and mold growth, and prepare the space for comprehensive structural drying.

June 28, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

Our emergency water damage restoration team arrived quickly to assess the affected bedroom and immediately began pulling the standing water from the carpet and underlying pad using a specialized weighted extraction wand. After removing the bulk moisture, we strategically deployed commercial-grade air movers alongside an industrial dehumidifier to establish a balanced drying system, ensuring the flooring materials and adjacent baseboards were completely dried to prevent mold growth and secondary structural degradation.

June 26, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

Our certified mould mitigation team deployed to the property, donning full personal protective equipment to safely access the encapsulated crawlspace and address the extensive fungal growth. We utilised a professional-grade antimicrobial sanitiser, applied via a pump sprayer directly to the affected wooden joists and subflooring, to thoroughly eradicate the dark mould spores, prevent future spread, and restore a safe, healthy structural foundation beneath the home.

May 28, 2026 | Cincinnati, OH

We provided a comprehensive, broad-scope mitigation and controlled demolition solution to stabilize the property and prevent structural rot. Our team began by carefully detaching the saturated tack strips and water-damaged baseboards along the affected hallway and bedroom borders. To handle the water that had wicked upwards into the vertical structures, we performed a precise low-profile flood cut on the wet drywall assemblies, exposing the underlying framing plates to maximize airflow. We thoroughly applied an EPA-approved antimicrobial sanitizer across the concrete slab and the open wall cavities to neutralize potential pathogens and prevent mold development. Finally, we deployed heavy-duty subsurface water extraction units on the wet carpets, setting up a targeted system of commercial air movers and a low-grain refrigerant (LGR) dehumidifier to establish an aggressive drying cycle for the entire floor assembly.

Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness.

We had a pipe burst in our attic over a weekend and called Teasdale- Fenton. They sent someone out same-day to quote us on cleanup from the water leak and sent a team out the following day to remove wet insulation and leave Fans to dry everything out. Before removing the fans they moisture tested the whole area. Very pleased with their prompt and professional service.
