I had a FABULOUS experience!! Having never heard of the company before but having only seen an ad of theirs, I called last night and was happy to learn that they service Springfield. I was quoted great pricing for the job I needed done, and they put me on the schedule for the very next morning!!! The tech, Evan, was friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, and efficient, and really went above and beyond!!! I will definitely use Teasdale Fenton again and recommend them to my friends!

I'm simply delighted. My carpeting is so clean it's like new. The technician was on-time, professional and friendly. We had a very helpful conversation as he worked. In addition to his advice on how to care for my carpeting, I learned he had worked for Teasdale Fenton for 18 years, and he seemed proud to be their employee. You don't find people like that very often today.

I've had Teasdale clean my carpets twice n I would recommend them to ANYONE !!
