Very professional and had given me great advise on my carpet. I will definitely call agin.

The men were right on time and very polite. They were very careful with our walls and furniture. They were very quick while doing a good job and right now the carpet looks really good. Stanley steemer wanted twice as much money. Not sure why. Stanley steemer had to plug a hose into my neighbor's spicket. No telling how clean or pure that water was. Teasdale Fenton brought their own purified water on their truck. I was very happy to learn that. We plan to keep using Teasdale Fenton from now on. Joe

I had my Oriental Rugs cleaned by Teasdale Fenton and when they were brought back after cleaning, there were some concerns I had and ask if they could send out someone to look at them with me and go over my concerns . They sent out rug technician / cleaner C.J. We went over what I thought was not quite satisfactory . C.J. and I both agreed that the rugs should be reworked and redone . These are not always the most Pleasant of situations , however C.J. Was very professional and reassuring with a positive can do attitude ! C.J. / Teasdale Fenton took the rugs back and with in a week brought them back and not only met my expectations exceeded them ! What a difference they make now in my home this is the best they've ever looked ! I want to thank Teasdale Fenton for hiring and employing C.J. and the company's overall commitment to customer service . From everyone who answered the phones and ofcourse to thier hardworking C.J. this has been a very good experience and a reflection on the type of owners and managers who runs this company to hire these type of people and give this type of customer service and go the extra mile . Thank you very much Teasdale Fenton and C.J. I highly recommend you to anyone who need your services ! No doubt this is a 5 star company !

A Fast, efficient and quality cleaning. Smells great in here! But now that it has drie, spots still remain and the tech convinced me to buy the "pet enzyme" which ended up not working anyway.

Recently had a very old oriental rug cleaned by Teasdale Fenton. It came back looking great and C.J. was extremely nice and professional. I really appreciated the courtesy calls for pickup and drop off.

Steve was very thorough and he explained everything he was doing as he was doing the work. Our wood floors have never looked better. Very professional and knowledgeable as he basically told me why my floors were in such bad shape and gave me great suggestions on how to care for them going forward.

After the summer of 6 kids being home and the teenagers babysitting the toddler, our toddler, teenagers and pets had stains all over the carpets and the carpets smelled. The day we were scheduled I had a medical emergency and they were flexible, helpful and still got the carpets take care of. The serviceman who came out was very helpful and the carpets look like new, I wish I had thought to do before and after photos. Will definitely use them again!

Used their service for the first time recently. The guy who came was super nice and even helped my husband move something because I wasnt able to lift it. Very kind and on time. The reason I am taking one star off is because I had scheduled a carpet cleaning for all rooms in the house PLUS deodorizer or whatever they call it for 2 rooms. On the phone, I was told I could choose between different scents and they listed the selection for me. Upon arrival, the guy who actually did the cleaning said he only had the lemon scent at hand and there are no others to choose. On top of that (and that bothers me more), the scent didnt even last all day. Wouldnt pay for that again. Other than that, it was quick and simple and the carpets seemed cleaned properly.
