Shane did a great job with carpet and sofa. I did have him come back to redo areas on the sofa but not his fault...the sofa was cream colored and had a fair amount of wear and neglect on my part. Shane was courteous and prompt.

My bathroom flooded which flooded my kitchen and hallway. I called Teasdale Fenton and they were here within the hour and also got everything extracted and dry immediately. This type of thing has never happened to me and the qay Joe Moberley and his crew helped me through it , I couldn't have asked for greater service. Worked with Ryan on duct cleaning. Oh boy, they were dirty.... Shouldn't have waited so long. Julius was here for the carpets and couches. They look like new!

Arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. Explained in detail what they would be doing. Showed before and after pictures and cleaned up when done. My son with allergies noticed an improvement almost immediately in the air quality in the house.

I could not believe how clean they got my area rugs! My rugs get some abuse because of my 3 dogs. They look like new! Extremely happy with both technicians, pick up and drop off. Very professional and made sure I was happy with placement. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

These gentleman were absolutely amazing. Showed up on time and even a little early. Came in assessed. Gave me a quote and then went straight to work. Whole experience took 45 minutes max and the carpets look brand new. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They explained the after care and were on their way. Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend and definitely worth every penny. Will use this company again.

The fact that you can for the most part schedule same day is so helpful because my schedule is so hectic plus they make the carpets look brand new every time! I can not say enough about this company. My house was flooded and Teasdale Fenton sent in the A Team. They came in with smiles and were sensitive to my catastrophe. Hunter, Jacob and Tyler evaluated the damage and immediately started working. They are a full service company that moved my furniture to safer ground and set up and turned on their equipment and the healing began. Jacob and Tyler were so professional and respectful. They checked up with me during the drying out period by calling to see if I was okay or if I had any concerns. That kind of support sure did mean a lot to me. Their supervisor, Adam also came by several times to check on the progress and to make sure everything was working properly. They are a very hands on Company and I would, and have referred them to others in the same situation. It's not often, nowadys, that you receive such great workmanship and you receive it with a smile. Thank you Jacob and Tyler...........you guys are THE BEST!!!!!
