Josh B. Did our service and he did an amazing job. He explained my options with battling some tough, old pet stains and was honest with how it would work and pricing. I get comfortable with what he told me and was incredibly please with the results. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom and it caused a lot of damage on the first floor. It turned into an insurance claim. Everybody that came out from Teasdale Fenton were very professional and courteous.They did an exceptional job. Everybody from Cory with the water restoration division, to Len the estimator, Todd the project manager and Bill Wetzel who did the repairs and painting. We have been very impressed with the quality of workmanship and friendliness of all of your employees. Thank you for making this situation less stressful.

Had a fire in furnace day after Christmas. My place was full of smoke. Fire department came, extinguished the fire and blew heavy smoke out. Had to leave. Teasdale Fenton Emergency Unit came next day. After assessment, immediately setup thorough cleaning basement, hallway, and cleared the air for 2-days. Every knock & cranny cleaned. I'm totally IMPRESSED by the 2 women who did the work. Very professional & friendly. I'd hire again.

Teasdale Fenton worked extremely hard to remove some tough pet stains and then came back out promptly to rework a few spots that needed a touch up. Their technicians were polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

Aiden and Kyle were informative about the process, patient and understanding of the homeowners decision. I would use again.

My experience with Teasdale was on the fence when an older guy (Paul) came out and touched my carpet because it wasn't at all cleaned to satisfaction. My carpet looked the same, I called Teasdale and they sent out Kyle who went above and beyond and did an excellent job so much I'll use Teasdale again and definitely request Kyle.

We had our carpet recently cleaned by them and they did a great job! We have an older dog who sometimes has accidents on the floor and the technician was able to remove those stains no problem! We also had a basement flood not too long ago and i called their emergency number and they responded very quickly. They explained everything to me and helped dry out my basement using their equipment and get it back to how it was before the flood. They do incredible work from carpet cleanings and stain removal to water damage they can do it all! I recommend them to my friends and family!

Teasdale Fenton came out to clean my 1.5 year old carpet. It had a very slight smoke smell from the fireplace and a few small stains from having kids in the house. It probably didn’t really need to be cleaned, but it was a good time for us to do it if we were going to do it. The tech was professional, came on time, and worked very quickly. Neither the smell nor the stains were removed. I’m not sure why we had the carpets cleaned or if something was done wrong. They at least looked nice after the vacuuming was done. The carpet was dry about 10 hours after it was cleaned. I would either not do it again or would find someone else to do it next time.

Aiden & Connor were supremely professional and efficient in cleaning up major water damage over two floors of our house. They’re the kind of ethical and responsible hard-workers you can trust in your home, and they went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied and to help us through a very stressful experience!

I called on Teasdale Fenton to clean and disinfect all of my air ducts and furnace prior to listing my house for sale. Ryan was my technician . On time , super polite, answered all of my questions and was very thorough. Would definitely recommend .

I had to have Teasdale come out and do restoration work for an apartment that flooded. Mark Rist came out immediately and was able to get the job done. He also came the next day, first thing, to make sure all equipment was working and test the moisture. We are extremely happy with the service provided at our senior living apartments!

Just bought a new house and Ryan W. came out, cleaned all of the ducts and did the anti microbial treatment. Everything is flowing great and he cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend

We just bought a house and wanted to start things off with a clean home. We made appointments with Teasdale Fenton to do both air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning and we were on the schedule immediately! Ryan came out first to suck out years of ick from our ducts. He was awesome and kept me updated every step of the way! I mean, who doesn't love before/after shots?!? Seriously! I felt informed and at ease throughout the entire process. Day two was carpets and BJ was in and out in a flash and our carpet looks and feels so good! For anyone who may want to know, they showed up with masks on (anyone familiar with the year 2020 or coronavirus knows this to be a positive gesture) to promote a safe environment. Thank you for a great job, Teasdale Fenton! I've already recommended you to others and will continue to do so! I hope I don't need you again anytime soon but I know you'll be there when/if I do!

Zack and Bill Wetzl were both amazing! Coordinating all our unexpected repairs could not have been easy but it was with them. We completely appreciate all their hard work and time they put into our project. Highly recommend!

We had 14+ apartments that flooded during the winter storm in February here in Texas. Mark with Teasdale came to Texas and helped with the damaged apartments drying up the water and removing everything that could cause any issues in the apartments. He was very professional and kept me in the loop of arrival date and time and issue with each apartment. He provided detailed notes and pictures of all apartments for me so it was a lot easier to provide to my corporate office and to know what was going on in each apartment. He had great communication with each step of the process. My residents informed me he was very polite and helpful to any questions they had. I highly recommend them for any restoration work needed!
