I’m sharing my carpet cleaning experience to “Shoutout” an Extra Thank You to Shane Gordon! Shane did an excellent job steam cleaning my carpet! Shane was also very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him about his fur-babies, “Sargent” and “Owen”
I will definitely schedule carpet cleaning services in the future and I will most certainly request for “Shane Gordon”
I also want to Thank Susan, Lyndsey, and Kari for their assistance and excellent Customer Service. It was a pleasure talking with them.

Paul did an excellent job of cleaning our very dirty carpet. He was thorough, careful and explained what he was doing as he went along. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely use Teasdale Fenton again.

We have always used Teasdale Fenton because they are Veteran friendly, and they make our carpets look brand new! We just had them done today by Jeremy, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased, he spent extra time in a trouble area (we have a 20yr old Chiweenie), and was polite, professional, and thorough. They are the only company we use!

Teasdale and Fenton provided excellent service when our basement flooded. They were extremely responsive and helped us with water mitigation to ensure that our basement was completely dry and free of mold growth. We also had the pleasure of working with their technician, Corey, who was amazing throughout the entire process.

Their team was knowledgeable and professional, and they took the time to explain everything to us in detail. We felt confident in their abilities and appreciated the peace of mind they gave us during such a stressful time.

Overall, we highly recommend Teasdale and Fenton for their outstanding service and dedication to their customers. They truly went above and beyond to help us, and we are grateful for their expertise and support. Five stars all around!

Thought we might have to spend thousands replacing our condo carpeting due to previous owner's pet stains. So glad we gave TF a try. Julius and Aaron recommended cleaning + enzyme treatment and I am shocked at how great it looks now. These guys were terrific and the carpet looks new. My new favorite Cincinnati company!

I had a positive experience using this company. My property had a fire on June 2022 and this company was recommended. They were very professional from the beginning to end. They did what they said especially Scott my project manager. We were in constant contact. He is a very transparent, responsible, reliable person and went out of his way on many issues to make sure the item was either there or the work was completed to a high standard. If there was something not right or an issue came up he got right to it, gave me options, helped me understand what was going on, and made sure the issues were taken care of. I can’t say how much I really appreciate Scott. Scott was the difference maker between a terrible experience and now a fully satisfied and happy client. As I write this review I look back and was glad that Teasdale Fenton did the work because at the end the work was done correctly and professionally. So thank you Scott! Please give this man a raise. Thank you Teasdale Fenton for helping restore my burnt property to a more beautiful one today. Thank you so much! And yes I would recommend them to family and friends if they needed fire restoration work done.
