Steve was very thorough and he explained everything he was doing as he was doing the work. Our wood floors have never looked better. Very professional and knowledgeable as he basically told me why my floors were in such bad shape and gave me great suggestions on how to care for them going forward.

After the summer of 6 kids being home and the teenagers babysitting the toddler, our toddler, teenagers and pets had stains all over the carpets and the carpets smelled. The day we were scheduled I had a medical emergency and they were flexible, helpful and still got the carpets take care of. The serviceman who came out was very helpful and the carpets look like new, I wish I had thought to do before and after photos. Will definitely use them again!

Used their service for the first time recently. The guy who came was super nice and even helped my husband move something because I wasnt able to lift it. Very kind and on time. The reason I am taking one star off is because I had scheduled a carpet cleaning for all rooms in the house PLUS deodorizer or whatever they call it for 2 rooms. On the phone, I was told I could choose between different scents and they listed the selection for me. Upon arrival, the guy who actually did the cleaning said he only had the lemon scent at hand and there are no others to choose. On top of that (and that bothers me more), the scent didnt even last all day. Wouldnt pay for that again.
Other than that, it was quick and simple and the carpets seemed cleaned properly.

Amazing job. So very kind and accommodating. I booked last minute and they came quickly and did an amazing job. Never thought they would get the stain out but they did!!! Brian and Jason, were complete gentlemen. Thanks again!

Bryan was great as always. He has done our house several times and always does a great job. He is always polite and professional. He even made a few recommendations for us.

Amazing first experience! The guys who came out to my house, Brandon and Bryan P., were very friendly, courteous, and respectful! They did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in my home and were in and out within less than an hour. My home smells refreshed, and my carpets are gorgeous now! Will absolutely use Teasdale Fenton again!
