Aiden did an excellent job explaining the removal process and keeping me posted on some possible measures to lessen water intrusion in the basement. Very professional young man!

Teasdale Fenton to save the day again. We use them for our business to help with messes my plumbers accidentally make while working in customers homes. They are always on point and take care of the job efficiently. Today we had Ray (Teasdale Technician) out to our personal home to clean our sofas. He was polite, well spoken, and attentive to detail. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way and made sure we were left with no questions before he left. Thank you Ray and thank you Teasdale Fenton. -AJ

Today Julius came out to my apartment building to clean my new unit for me. He was very kind and did a fabulous job. Quick and effective. I feel like I can actually live in my apartment now that the carpets aren’t gross!!! Thanks so much Julius!

Great communication, service, support, and follow up.

We had a backup of water in the basement. After we addressed the backup, we hired Teasdale Fenton to handle the cleanup, disinfection, biowash, etc.

Everyone we infected with at the company was professional and polite. They had a quick turn around in providing the estimate and scheduling it perform the work once we decided to go with the company.

I appreciate Jacob French and Jon (forgot his last name) for their follow up to any questions and handling all of our concerns.

Shane does an exceptional job of working hard to provide customer satisfaction! He provides additional attention and care to stains and leaves our home clean and fresh with drastic improvement in the appearance of our carpet!

We had our carpets cleaned this morning by a gentleman named Charles. He did a fantastic job, he was very thorough, Took his time, answered all my questions and gave me all the information that I needed to make sure the carpets dried properly. The carpets look brand new!!! Also, Nikki, I believe was her name and Lindsey in your customer service department, were also incredibly helpful. Looks like you’ve gained a customer for life!

Comment: Good customer service, for some reason only a couple stains came out, probably the carpet and not the service

Comment: Kieran arrived early and was very knowledgeable. Our ducts were in desperate need of cleaning and he did a great job!

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with the Teasdale Fenton team. We had a huge incident at my workplace in September that required large scale water removal and rebuild of a giant building with a lot of complexities. From the get-go the Teasdale Fenton response has been phenomenal. They were always kind and patient to our customers and valued open communication. Their mitigation lead, Jacob, went above and beyond for individuals and I received so much positive feedback. He was always extremely organized and scheduling was a breeze. For their rebuild team, William (or Bill), was also a huge asset, morning meetings, walkthroughs, and daily communication made this project so easy. There's a huge all-star team right there. Rick is such a nice and funny person, he always made our meetings a breeze and was always willing to work with me, even if I was sometimes making some pretty high demands. I'm really grateful that he was always open to discuss and so flexible with us! Jim was absolutely lovely to meet and I would highly recommend this crew for any major (and I mean MAJOR) building mitigation or rebuild work for the commercial needs. While I am moving off the rebuild project, I will absolutely use them in any future issues I have and recommend them to anyone who needs it. I will genuinely miss working with this crew (although I wish we met in better circumstances!). Thank you so much for everything you've done for us!

Phillip from Teasdale Fenton did an amazing job of cleaning my carpeting as well as the master shower. He truly cared about giving me quality work. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services.

Comment: I had water damage. Aiden and his team came immediately and sprung into action. I am very impaired physically and can’t do much. These guys were so helpful, volunteering to do whatever needed done, including changing light bulbs in ceiling fixtures, taking away my vast pile of Amazon boxes that I was saving to recycle etc. They were amazing and so eager to be helpful.

Shane did an amazing job on my 3bd 2bth house. He was able to get some deep pet stains out and add some deodorizer as a final touch. I appreciate his friendly personality!!! It added to an overall great experience with top notch work.

Comment: Roy is the best! His customer service as well as the job he did was spectacular. He was so nice and easy to talk to! Teasdale Fenton is very transparent and a great company. Will be using them again! They turned cat stained furniture into good as new! :)

Aidan, Bryce, John and Bob were fabulous to work with. Professional! Courteous! On time as promised. They all took great care with my home and were very communicative about the steps they were taking to restore the property. I’d hire them again if ever needed. You can’t go wrong with this company.

Steve C and Kieran came to the apartment and flushed out bird remains from the duct work. It was a great experience considering we are renting and the apartment has many underlying issues. Truly appreciate them giving us some peace of mind

Jake and Matt came by to perform duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were prompt, professional and walked me through the process and what they were going to do. Process took just over an hour. They did a very professional job. I would highly recommend.
