My experience with Teasdale Fenton started out with a great supportive team. Then half way through my project manager did not meet or even come close to deadlines given. The end of July my whole team quit. Although this was very deviating in turn it was truly a blessing from God to get a new project manager that knew what he was doing and did it well. Bill Wetzl was a god send to me. He put a push on all the incomplete jobs at my home, got workers on site to complete the restoration of my home. Bill Wetzl is a man of his word and would jump in to complete the job himself to prevent further delays. Bill was available to me 7 days a week if I needed him to answer questions or be available in person for any repairs that couldn't wait. At one point I would have given this company a bad review until Bill took over my home restoration, making my experience so much better. Bill was always honest with me and worked through any given issues. I will always be thankful to Bill for his professionalism, expertise, hard work and above all kindness. You are the best Bill and thank you so much!

Over a year after the restoration of my home has been completed this team is still here for me. Project manager William Wetzl is still here for me. He is prompt to return my calls when I have questions or concerns. With the settling of my house after rebuild from a fire some things need adjusted or improved from original repair and William is there to make any adjustments needed without hesitation and professionally. He is always friendly and has my best interest on his mind and in his plan. I couldn’t have ask for a better and knowledgeable person to manage my home than William Wetzl at Teasdale Fenton. He is always there for me and my home.

My name is Fran and I live in Port Charlotte, FL, one of the many areas ravaged by Hurricane IAN on 9-28-22. We live on the second floor of a three-story condo building. Never in my life had I lived through a natural disaster, let alone a CAT 5 hurricane!!! For 10 hours, we were subjected to CONSTANT, HOWLING RAINS, PRAYING THAT OUR HURRICANE WINDOWS WOULD WITHSTAND WINDS OF NEARLY 150 MPH. The building was rocked on its foundation. You could see NOTHING other than a murky gray sky that carried with it, trees, furniture, roofs of buildings, lawn furniture, and anything else that wasn't nailed down!! Being seniors, our circumstances did not allow us to evacuate with the other 3+ million Floridians who were suffering the same fate. The roof of our condo building was torn off. The metal ceiling roof panels on the outside walkways were crumpled like wadded-up pieces of paper. We were stuck in our condo for several hours until the metal ceiling panels were pushed to the side. All the AC units on the roof were destroyed.
We worked for 10 hours, foolishly attempting to clean up the water that was coming in through our ceilings and walls. Buckets, mops, towels, dry vacs.....we were fighting a losing battle with nowhere to go!! NO SAFE WATER, NO AC, NO CELL SERVICE, NO ELECTRICITY, NO ABILITY TO COOK, CLEANUP, SHOWER, NO ELEVATOR, ETC. After a few days, we ventured out to assess the damage, which was like witnessing a war zone.
We could see the sky through the ceiling of the third floor unit!! Things were dark and bleak and many tears of futility were shed. But, along came TEALSDALE FENTON RESTORATION to the rescue!! The crew was comprised of about 15 or so, able-bodied men and women, committed to making things better, as best they could. There are simply NO WORDS to describe the service provided by Project Manager, Shawn Buzard, his Lead Technician, Jake Herzog and these outstanding young men and women. Their service, understanding, care, concern, compassion, communication, work ethic, reliability and kindness were EXEMPLARY. They informed us, each day, of their restoration plans. They covered whatever belongings we had left with plastic. Shawn and Jake took daily measurements of drywall for mold. They moved the few things that weren't damaged to areas not affected by water flowing from our ceilings. They ALWAYS encouraged us to ask questions and ALWAYS answered them. They were ALWAYS POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL while tearing down walls, removing flooring, carpeting, furniture and personal possessions, knowing full well the anguish we were experiencing. And, they did all this work, hauling up tools and equipment and hauling down ALL THE DRYWALL, WOODWORK, FURNITURE, CARPETING, FLOORING, CLOTHING, DOORS, CABINETRY, ETC,....BY HAND.....BECAUSE THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF SERVICE. AND, AT THE END OF EACH DAY, THE STAFF CLEANED UP "THE MESS" and hosed down the parking lot. AND AS IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, SOME OF THE STAFF HELPED ME DRAG UP GROCERIES AND CASES OF WATER TO MY UNIT. I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO ADEQUATELY EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE OF HEART TO SHAWN, JAKE AND THEIR TEAM FOR ALL THEY DID TO HELP US SURVIVE THE FIRST MILE OF THIS UNSPEAKABLY PAINFUL JOURNEY. SO, IT IS WITHOUT HESITATION AND WITH GREAT ENTHUSIASM THAT I OFFER THIS POSITIVE AND GLOWING REVIEW!!

The process was simple and easy. Now we have clean and fresh carpet and rugs. Also thanks Aubrey for the great experience!

We called Teasdale Fenton to clean out our air ducts, and the technician Josh B highly recommended a blue light be put in after seeing how much mold was in our vents. We have been so happy with this, and we feel we paid a reasonable price. Definitely recommend them.

Water damage

It is ALWAYS a pleasure working with Teasdale. From the bottom to the top, these are the most professional group of workers by far. I’d recommend and come to these guys for anything.

We had a washer flood our house, Aidan was my technician and was very professional in removing the flooring and promptly drying the subfloor. He returned multiple times to check progress and complete drying. He was very polite and cleaned up very well after the demo.

Shane Buzard removed the wet wooden floors in our two bed room as a result of Ian. He did a wonderful job & removed everything. I highly recommend him. He was very kind & helpful.

Comment: I received a quote for cleaning my dryer vent. Rico Martin and Derrick (I forgot to ask for Derrick's last name) came out and did the job. The men were on-time, professional, friendly and efficient! The quote was quite reasonable - it's a small job and many companies do not want to do a small job. I would recommend this company any day!!

We are hurricane Ian survivors. We had a large amount of water intrusion; ceilings, walls, and flooring. Teasdale Fenton was at our complex within 24 hours. Specifically, we would like to acknowledge our remediation and tear down manager, Chris Popp. He immediately gained our trust. We cannot say enough good about him. Not only was he polite, respectful, and kind, he was also very knowledgeable, efficient and well spoken. He listened to our concerns
and went beyond and above our expectations. Great young man with a promising future! TF is lucky to have him on their team.

We are expecting a baby in the coming weeks and wanted a refresh on our carpets prior to. We have a small dog so we had some pet stains that we were hoping would come up. Julius arrived on time and walked me through what would be done. He was very thorough and got the job done quick - within an hour he had our two rooms and hallway finished. The carpets look amazing and the pet stains are completely lifted. We are very happy with the quality of service and price. Thank you, Julius!

We were having a very unpleasant experience from a leak coming into our kitchen . Shane buzard and Jake herzog came to take care of us and working with them was a pleasure. Both of them were very kind, considerate and extremely helpful.

Comment: Hurricane Ian struck our barrier island, Longboat Key, off of the coast of Sarasota FL on September 28, 2022. After the proper clearance from LBK officials, your dedicated employees began their difficult restoration work on 75 out of 90 condo units at Tangerine Bay Club that were damaged or destroyed in some cases, from the hurricane. They came early in the morning, and stayed until dark, 7 days a week, and are here stil. Their organization, teamwork, and expertise in each area of the enormous job was incredible. And, besides the quality of their work, what stands out to me is their politeness, their smiles, their positive attitudes, their diligence in protecting the interiors of our units with cardboard flooring and plastic sheeting, and leaving the unit cleaned up after every day. Amazing work! As one of your fabulous employees, Shane, said "I like to be sure to leave a place better than it was originally", we notice that seems to be the level of care across the board at Teasdale Fenton. Thank you for Shane, for Jacob, and for all your employees who came TO Longboat Key to restore, and share their caring personalities, with all of us damaged by Ian. THANK YOU FOR HIRING SUCH MARVELOUS MEN AND WOMEN!

Had someone come out today to do a carpet patch. When I originally called in and asked about a price they said it sounded like it would be $130 which I thought was fine. Then when the tech came out and saw the carpet he told me it would be $250 since my carpet had a "pattern" on it basically just raised squares. I had already done more than half the job myself by cutting out the old damaged area and prepping a square that was almost the right size. It took the tech around 25 minutes or so to do the work. The quality of the work is fairly good but is it $250 good? I don't know if it was worth 1/4 the price of the original entire carpet install for the patch. Partly it's on me for not asking about "patterned carpets". At least the staff was friendly on the phone and in person so there's that but yeah I do feel a bit ripped off for sure.

Ryan came out on time and was super professional and helpful. He did a great job! He cleaned our ducts as well as installed a UV Light for purification process and did our dryer vent as well. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a great deal of water in our basement after our sump pumps both failed Chris Popp and his team came out and did an excellent job with the whole process. Thank you!

Chris Popp provided great timely service. He was honest and transparent with information he provided, and I'm glad he was assigned to my project.

Shane did an excellent job! Kitchen tile and house carpets look new. Will use this company again.
