Program Description

By giving us your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you agree to these terms for Teasdale Fenton - Ohio Service Notifications, the text messaging program operated by Teasdale Fenton - Ohio.

The program sends transactional, service-related messages only: appointment confirmations and reminders, "on-my-way" notifications when a technician is heading to you (including a link to a live technician tracking page), and invoice and payment links. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How You Opt In

We ask for your consent out loud, on the phone, when you call our office to book a job or request a quote. Our staff reads you this: "We can send you text messages about your service — appointment reminders, arrival notices with a link to track your technician, and invoice links — from Teasdale Fenton - Ohio. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent for text messages is not required for us to service you. May we text you at the phone number you provided?"

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not required for us to provide service to you. If you say yes, our staff records your consent — the number, the date, and who took it — in our system.

Teasdale Fenton - Ohio only texts numbers where consent was given directly to us for this program. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers or messaging consent from lead generators, affiliates, or any other third party, and we do not send messages on behalf of anyone else.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the work we are doing for you — typically a handful of messages around each appointment or invoice.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Teasdale Fenton - Ohio is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

Opting Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, and REVOKE work as well. We send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number.

If you change your mind, reply START to resubscribe, or ask our office to text you again.

Reply HELP to any message from us for help, or reach us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Opting out of text messages will not affect the services Teasdale Fenton - Ohio otherwise provides to you.

Technician Tracking Links

Our "on-my-way" messages include a link to a tracking page for your appointment. That page shows the assigned technician's first name and photo, their location while they are on the way to you, an estimated arrival time, the service address for the appointment, and Teasdale Fenton - Ohio's office contact details. The link is tied to one appointment, works only around the time of that appointment, and expires afterwards. The page never asks for or collects your device's location, and it does not require you to log in or create an account.

Because the link shows where your technician is and the address they are heading to, please treat it as personal to you and don't forward it.

Your Mobile Number

By opting in you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you gave us, or that you are authorized to use it and to receive messages at it. Please tell us if your number changes so we stop texting a number that is no longer yours.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

See our SMS Privacy Policy for how Teasdale Fenton - Ohio handles your information. Teasdale Fenton - Ohio does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date shown above.
