Avery just came out and did our living room/dining room. Not only was be super knowledgeable about the chemicals used and what they'd be doing in the carpet to help break down our pet stains and odors, he was super personable and great to work with. I felt very comfortable with all his recommendations and am so beyond happy with the results!

Guys did an amazing job today on my carpet! I had blue dye from the carpet padding getting wet and bleeding through TWO DAY old carpet after a small flood and they got it all out!

I'm simply delighted. My carpeting is so clean it's like new. The technician was on-time, professional and friendly. We had a helpful conversation as he worked. In addition to his advice about how to care for my carpeting, I learned he had worked for Teasdale Fenton for 18 years. He seemed proud to be their employee. You don't find many people like that today. This is an excellent and reliable local Cincinnati company with a sterling reputation.
