- Comment: We had them clean the air ducts in a house we purchased where they previous owners had pets. The smell was persistent and unpleasant. Matt and Darrell were our technicians and did an excellent job. They were fast, answered all my questions, and made sure I was satisfied. Best of all, the smell is gone!
