Comment: It is very difficult to illustrate the depth of gratitude that I personally have for this company. Having my life turned upside down from a housefire, this company immediately came to help. From start to finish this process, although arduous and frustrating at times, was made so much better by the various souls I have worked with along the way. You gave me back my happiness. Thank you Sally, Ron, and most of all Bill for rebuilding my home. This company is a treasure to this region. You make the impossible possible. Service Associate did a great job quick and efficient. Signed up for the special $139. Then I was told room downstairs was classifies at two rooms steps with the room ended up being 455 .75. Usually use Stanley steamer I have to go back to the Them their bill was never this high

Dillon did an excellent job cleaning my vents. I had a few questions after and his follow up was incredible.

So happy with our carpet cleaning and Shane was flexible and was happy for me to add on a couch last minute. He was fast and efficient but still paid so much attention to detail! TF is always quick with scheduling which I also appreciate

Wonderful experience!! Jenny went out of her way to get us booked quickly, Bob was patient and knowledgeable during the inspection, and Matt and Darryl were incredibly efficient, communicative, and kind during the duct cleaning.

Phillip was a great associate to work with. The service was well scheduled, very efficient, and knowledgeable to answer any question I had. They were able to get all the stains out of the carpet too!

The technicians called ahead and gave me an accurate estimate of when they would arrive. They reviewed the charges with me and were very efficient and careful while cleaning my carpet. Both technicians were polite and professional. I have used Teasdale Fenton several times and have always had a good experience.

Teasdale Fenton Cleaning did a great job from start to finish with our vent duct cleaning. I was easily able to make an appointment through their website, and they sent a technician out the next day! They gave me a 2 hour window arrival time, which is typical for this kind of service. The technician messaged me 30min before arrival and was right on time. Dave got right to work, was fast, efficient, & from what I can tell, did a quality cleaning job. He offered some helpful tips once he was finished. Payment was easy with a credit card (they also take checks), & there were no extra hidden fees that were sprung on at the last minute which I appreciate. FYI there is a very small disposal fee that was addressed in my appointment confirmation email, so it was no surprise. For the entire process and services I give them a 5 star rating. I booked the day before for a 8am-10am appointment for a carpet and couch cleaning. I got a call right at 8 with an eta. Tony arrived and was very professional. He did an excellent job on everything and left our house smelling fresh and clean. Will certainly use Teasdale Fenton again, it was easy, fast, and reasonably priced.

I am writing because I believe exceptional employees deserve to be recognized, and Chris Moore has gone far above and beyond anything I ever expected.

For the past several months, I have been dealing with an extremely difficult situation involving significant water damage to my home, an ongoing insurance dispute, and a roofing contractor who denies responsibility. Throughout this process, Chris has been one of the very few professionals who has consistently treated me with kindness, patience, honesty, and genuine compassion.

From the moment Chris became involved, he has demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism. He performed a thorough inspection of my home, carefully documented the damage, took detailed moisture readings, prepared comprehensive estimates, and explained his findings in a way that I could actually understand. As someone who has never dealt with a situation like this before, that meant a great deal to me.

What impressed me even more is that Chris’s assistance did not end after the inspection. He has continued to answer my emails, review additional documentation, explain technical issues in plain language, and provide thoughtful guidance long after his original responsibilities would normally have ended.

When new damage developed, Chris returned to my home to obtain updated moisture readings and photographs. He prepared supplemental documentation so the insurance company would have the most accurate information possible. Even after that, he continued making himself available whenever I had additional questions.

Chris has also taken the initiative to offer suggestions for possible next steps, explain different possibilities without making assumptions, and even reach out to people he knows in an effort to help me find additional answers. He has never made promises he couldn’t keep, and he has always been honest about what he knows and what he doesn’t know. That honesty has built an enormous amount of trust.

Throughout this entire process, Chris has remained objective, professional, respectful, and incredibly patient. He has never spoken down to me or made me feel like I was just another file on his desk. Instead, he has consistently treated me like a person whose concerns genuinely mattered.

As a single mother trying to navigate an overwhelming situation involving my home, insurance company, contractor, and financial hardship, there were many days when I felt completely defeated. Chris’s willingness to take the time to explain things, answer questions, and simply listen helped me more than he probably realizes.

Employees like Chris are the reason people trust companies. Technical knowledge is important, but professionalism, integrity, compassion, and genuine customer care are much harder to find. Chris possesses all of those qualities.
