About Chris Moore:


Chris began his career in the restoration industry in 2009, starting in a temporary demolition role that quickly led to full‑time employment. Over the next decade, he gained extensive hands‑on experience, serving in demolition, advancing to Lead Water Technician, and overseeing divisional operations. He later transitioned into the carpentry division, where he progressed from helper to Lead Carpenter, a position he held for seven years.

In 2020, Chris expanded his professional background by joining another company as a Project Manager. While the role provided valuable perspective, he ultimately found his strengths best aligned with estimating and transitioned into that position. He previously held IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Carpet Cleaning, reflecting a strong technical foundation in the industry.

Family plays a central role in Chris’s life. He and his wife, Sarah, have been married for 22 years and have four children. His oldest son began working in the restoration industry at age 16 during summer breaks and now works in the field full time. Chris is especially proud of his daughter’s strong faith and commitment to Jesus; she is actively involved in youth group and participated in a mission trip to Guatemala at the age of 15. His two younger sons play baseball, which Chris actively coaches, spending much of the season at the ballfields. In his limited free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle.

Throughout this process, Chris has been one of the very few professionals who has consistently treated me with kindness, patience, honesty, and genuine compassion.\r\n\r\nFrom the moment Chris became involved, he has demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism. He performed a thorough inspection of my home, carefully documented the damage, took detailed moisture readings, prepared comprehensive estimates, and explained his findings in a way that I could actually understand. As someone who has never dealt with a situation like this before, that meant a great deal to me.\r\n\r\nWhat impressed me even more is that Chris’s assistance did not end after the inspection. He has continued to answer my emails, review additional documentation, explain technical issues in plain language, and provide thoughtful guidance long after his original responsibilities would normally have ended.\r\n\r\nWhen new damage developed, Chris returned to my home to obtain updated moisture readings and photographs. He prepared supplemental documentation so the insurance company would have the most accurate information possible. Even after that, he continued making himself available whenever I had additional questions.\r\n\r\nChris has also taken the initiative to offer suggestions for possible next steps, explain different possibilities without making assumptions, and even reach out to people he knows in an effort to help me find additional answers. He has never made promises he couldn’t keep, and he has always been honest about what he knows and what he doesn’t know. That honesty has built an enormous amount of trust.\r\n\r\nThroughout this entire process, Chris has remained objective, professional, respectful, and incredibly patient. He has never spoken down to me or made me feel like I was just another file on his desk. Instead, he has consistently treated me like a person whose concerns genuinely mattered.\r\n\r\nAs a single mother trying to navigate an overwhelming situation involving my home, insurance company, contractor, and financial hardship, there were many days when I felt completely defeated. Chris’s willingness to take the time to explain things, answer questions, and simply listen helped me more than he probably realizes.\r\n\r\nEmployees like Chris are the reason people trust companies. Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness.

We had a pipe burst in our attic over a weekend and called Teasdale- Fenton. They sent someone out same-day to quote us on cleanup from the water leak and sent a team out the following day to remove wet insulation and leave Fans to dry everything out. Before removing the fans they moisture tested the whole area. Very pleased with their prompt and professional service.
