About Stacey Zanders:

With more than 32 years of experience in the restoration
industry, he offers comprehensive operational expertise in water mitigation,
mold remediation, reconstruction, and specialty services. His career
encompasses all levels of the organization—from field operations to executive leadership,
providing a strong understanding of both operational execution and scalable
business growth. He has successfully improved production workflows, enhanced
estimating accuracy, and implemented systems that support long-term,
sustainable performance. He is also committed to developing talent to ensure
organizational strength in a continually evolving industry.

Stacey’s education and certifications:  Master of Business Administration (MBA), Water Restoration
Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Specialist (AMSD), Odor Control
Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician, Upholstery Cleaning Technician, Indoor
Air Quality (IAQ), Asbestos in Buildings, Lead Contractor/Supervisor.

Outside of his professional career, he is an avid golfer,
having played since the age of 12. Family is a central priority, and he values
time spent with his wife and children. He also serves as a pastor, dedicating
significant time to teaching Bible studies and classes and supporting others
within the community. When possible, he and his wife enjoy traveling and
exploring new destinations.
