About Sierra Fields:

She began her career at Teasdale Fenton as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator and has since advanced to the role of Director of Marketing & Advertising. In this position, she has contributed to key business decisions and led numerous high‑impact marketing initiatives. Her approach is deeply rooted in innovation, creativity, and data‑driven strategy, all aimed at supporting the company’s continued growth.

She is a graduate of Xavier University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a double major in Advertising and Public Relations, along with a minor in Media Literacy and Digital Media.
In 2022, she was honored with the Core Value Excellence Award—one of only seven recipients that year. This recognition, achieved during her first full year with Teasdale Fenton, reflects the confidence her leaders and colleagues have in her ability to consistently demonstrate excellence.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her black lab, Smoke, and relaxing with a good jigsaw puzzle.
