About Charles Swain:

Charles Swain has been a dedicated member of the Teasdale Fenton team for the past 10 years. Throughout his tenure, Charles has consistently demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to delivering quality service to our customers. His experience and knowledge have made him a valuable and trusted part of our organization.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys sport shooting and participating in recreational sports. He is an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and closely follows their seasons. Most importantly, Charles values his time with his family. He is married to his wonderful wife Bobbie which Charles says is the rock of their family. Charles is the extremely proud father of four children, 2 girls and 2 boys and he enjoys spending quality time with them anytime he is not working. Charles is a devoted family man who enjoys walks in the park and traveling with his wife when he is not working to support his community.

Charles’s loyalty, work ethic, and positive attitude reflect the core values of Teasdale Fenton, and we are proud to have him as part of our team.

Charles and Shane arrived on time and were very professional. After walking through the church and talking about what needed cleaned, they quickly got to work. Four hours later the job was complete. Some of our carpet is over 40 years old and hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. Considering the wear that is obvious the carpet looked really good once they were done. There were a lot of stains that most of them came out. Great job. We'll definitely consider Teasdale Fenton on our next job.

I made an appointment online as my very elderly dog just passed away and I wanted to get my carpets and some furniture cleaned. I had a large living room and two bedrooms and hallway done. Charles and Shane came and listened to my needs and gave me advice. They walked through and determined where the heavily soiled areas were. They suggested services that were very helpful. I agreed to the estimate and they completed their work in a timely and efficient manner. Charles was friendly and thorough and very professional. I am very happy to have clean carpets!

Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness.

We had a pipe burst in our attic over a weekend and called Teasdale- Fenton. They sent someone out same-day to quote us on cleanup from the water leak and sent a team out the following day to remove wet insulation and leave Fans to dry everything out. Before removing the fans they moisture tested the whole area. Very pleased with their prompt and professional service.
