He began his career with the company as a hands‑on carpenter, gaining extensive field experience and a strong technical foundation in construction practices. His dedication, work ethic, and commitment to quality craftsmanship propelled his advancement into project management, where he now oversees a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial reconstruction projects.

During his career at Teasdale Fenton, Bill has been recognized with two EOY Core Value Awards—Integrity and Excellence—acknowledging his outstanding character, leadership, and commitment to exceptional performance.

Known for his drive, attention to detail, and results‑oriented approach, Bill consistently delivers successful project outcomes while maintaining transparent communication and building strong relationships with clients, teammates, and trade partners. His blend of practical field expertise and seasoned project management experience enables him to guide each project with efficiency, precision, and professionalism.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife, Mandi, and their three children. As a family, they love spending time outdoors, especially camping and hiking.
