About Adem Brooks:

Adem began his career at Teasdale Fenton over 15 years ago as a Project Manager when the mitigation team consisted of just a handful of members. Through progressive leadership roles, he advanced to Water Division Manager and ultimately Vice President. He has been actively involved with the CAT Team and has supported multiple large-loss projects nationwide, with a strong focus on collaboration and building a cohesive team culture.

He holds numerous IICRC certifications, is an IAQA-certified mold remediator, and maintains mold assessor and remediator licenses in Florida and Louisiana. He is also a graduate of the Violand Management Development Program and the Goehring Center LDI Program.

Adem is an avid OSU football fan who enjoys deep-sea fishing, boating, and time at the beach. He is proud of his son’s growth as a Project Manager at Teasdale Fenton and looks forward to the future for his daughter, a high school senior.. Personally, 2026 will be an existing year for

Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness.

We had a pipe burst in our attic over a weekend and called Teasdale- Fenton. They sent someone out same-day to quote us on cleanup from the water leak and sent a team out the following day to remove wet insulation and leave Fans to dry everything out. Before removing the fans they moisture tested the whole area. Very pleased with their prompt and professional service.
