About Jacob Emerson:

Jake Emerson is a Marine Corps Veteran with eight honorable years of active-duty service in the Infantry, where he developed a leadership foundation rooted in accountability, discipline, and teamwork. Shortly before leaving the Marine Corps, Jake joined Teasdale Fenton in 2020, helping grow the 1-800-BoardUp franchise in the Cincinnati market through hands-on emergency response and operational execution,. He has since advanced through the Reconstruction Division as an estimator, Division Manager, and now serves as the Director of Reconstruction & Estimating. In this role, Jake leads a team of 18 professionals and oversees restoration projects across the Greater Cincinnati area. He is passionate about building cohesive, high-performing teams that respond decisively in emergencies, and deliver consistent results to customers when they need it the most.

Jake holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, and Odor Control. He is currently wrapping up his Bachelor's degree in Emergency & Disaster Management, with an expected graduation in June 2026, and plans to continue his education by pursuing a Master's or MBA program.

In his free time, you will find Jake spending time with family and friends, coaching youth sports, or cheering on the Bengals, Reds, and Bearcats.
