Jeff began his career at Teasdale as a carpet technician,
where he earned multiple sales awards, Technician of the Month honors, and
performance recognitions. In 2019, Jeff was promoted to the sales team and has
spent the past six years serving the Dayton market. During that time, he has
secured new business with hospitals (Premier), restaurants (Culver’s, Buffalo
Wild Wings), property management groups (Crawford Hoying, Hills), and
educational institutions (Wright State, Butler Tech). Other notable accounts
include Great Wolf Lodge, Kings Island, and The Greene Towne Center. Jeff has also
received Teasdale’s 1, 5, and 10-year longevity awards—and is aiming for 15!

Outside of work, his second job is being a dad. He has two
sons, Jason and Joshua, and adopted his great-niece, Carolyn. All three attend
private school and are active in the church and community. Jeff has coached
Joshua’s 5th- and 6th-grade basketball teams to winning records. He and his family
regularly volunteer through their church, and he and his wife help run the
school festival each year. Jeff and his niece also enjoy volunteering at animal
shelters and attending animal-focused library events..
