Randy joined the Teasdale team in May of 2021 as a Customer Service Representaive. He has since been promoted to an Area Rug Techician where he services our customers daily.

Outside of work Randy enjoys boating, camping, and training his dog.

Excellent job cleaning my area rugs. I initially had another company come and clean the rugs and one rug in particular looked worse! This other company said it was the best they could do because the carpet fibers were damaged. Well Randy came out from Teasdale Fenton, took the very large rugs by himself and returned them in near new condition! Randy said CJ worked diligently to restore my rugs. I am so thankful to both Randy and CJ. I thought I was going to have to replace the rugs, but now they look great! I wish I had before and after photos to show you, the difference is dramatic. Its hard to see in the photo what a good job they did.The spots in the photo are just the sun shining in my windows. I will definitely be using them regularly.

Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness.

We had a pipe burst in our attic over a weekend and called Teasdale- Fenton. They sent someone out same-day to quote us on cleanup from the water leak and sent a team out the following day to remove wet insulation and leave Fans to dry everything out. Before removing the fans they moisture tested the whole area. Very pleased with their prompt and professional service.
