The property owner requested emergency water damage restoration and inspection services after active water leaked through the subflooring and overhead joists into the basement and crawl space foundation areas.
Our emergency mitigation team inspected the basement and crawl space foundation walls, subfloor joists, and overhead plumbing/HVAC penetration points. We identified water runoff marks along concrete block walls resulting from subfloor saturation, set up high-capacity commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers to extract atmospheric moisture, monitored structural drying progress, and applied EPA-registered antimicrobial disinfectant treatments across the affected concrete slab and joist framing to prevent mold growth.
