The customer discovered suspected indoor mold growth and hidden moisture damage within their wall cavities, evidenced by dark, heavy staining on the fiberglass insulation, which required professional mold mitigation to ensure a safe and healthy living environment.

We provided comprehensive mold remediation and indoor air quality control services. To protect the property during the mitigation process, our technicians laid down heavy-duty floor protection paper along the hardwood hallway and covered the adjacent dining room furniture with protective plastic. We then deployed commercial air scrubbers and HEPA vacuum systems to capture airborne mold spores while safely removing the contaminated wall insulation and treating the exposed structural cavities.
