The customer contacted us regarding a significant indoor flood that resulted in standing water covering their kitchen and laundry room floors, which then migrated into the adjacent living areas and heavily saturated the carpets.
Our emergency water mitigation team arrived on-site to immediately halt the water migration and begin the extraction process across multiple affected rooms. We utilized specialized water extraction wands and commercial-grade wet vacuums to pull standing water from the wood-look flooring in the kitchen and laundry areas, as well as extract deep moisture from the saturated carpets. After removing the bulk water from all surfaces, we evaluated the subflooring conditions to prepare the entire footprint for the deployment of industrial dehumidifiers and air movers, ensuring the property would be thoroughly dried to prevent secondary structural damage and mold growth.
