The customer contacted us regarding an emergency flooding situation in their basement, which resulted in extensive standing water across the concrete floor and severely soaked personal belongings.

Our emergency water mitigation team arrived promptly to extract the standing water from the concrete floor and safely remove saturated, unsalvageable items, including a large area rug. Following the initial water extraction, we utilised a pump sprayer to apply a commercial-grade antimicrobial sanitiser across the affected surface area to prevent mould growth and ensure proper hygiene. Finally, we prepared the basement for comprehensive structural drying by clearing the space around the HVAC units to deploy industrial dehumidifiers and air movers, effectively mitigating further moisture damage and restoring the property to a safe, dry condition.
