The customer reached out for urgent assistance after an external water intrusion from the outside broke into the building. The incoming floodwater spread extensively throughout the commercial facility, heavily impacting the main showroom floor, six individual offices, a conference room, and the equipment room.

We immediately mitigated the commercial water damage by utilizing specialized weighted extraction equipment to pull deeply embedded water out of the carpet tiles, treating all affected carpeting with a professional antimicrobial agent to prevent microbial growth, and coordinating with an industrial hygienist to safely pull drywall and mastic samples for asbestos testing. To stabilize the indoor environment, we deployed high-capacity air scrubbers and industrial dehumidifiers across the showroom and office corridors, advising the facility management to keep all exterior doors closed to maximize the efficiency of the structural drying profile.
