The customer contacted us for urgent professional biohazard remediation after a severe sewage backup or biological spill heavily contaminated multiple areas of the residential property. Raw sewage and biological waste overflowed in the bathroom, pooling across the tile flooring, and tracked into the kitchen workspace, creating an immediate health hazard, severe odor issue, and an unsafe living environment.
