The customer contacted us for emergency structural board-up and containment services following a severe fire event that destroyed their detached garage. The blaze completely burned out the garage doors and compromised the structural walls and roof assembly, leaving the building fully exposed to weather elements, trespassers, and liability risks.

We provided a comprehensive, immediate structural stabilization and security solution. First, we cleared away the charred, hazardous remnants of the collapsed garage doors from the exterior driveway. To secure the massive opening and stabilize the compromised framing, we installed heavy-duty OSB (Oriented Strand Board) wood panels across the interior wall voids, firmly anchoring them to the remaining structural studs. On the exterior facade, we deployed a large-scale, weather-resistant reinforced tarp system over the primary entry points and damaged siding to seal out rain and wind, protecting the interior contents and structural elements from secondary environmental degradation until full reconstruction can begin.
