The customer contacted for emergency professional assistance after experiencing water damage on their basement requiring immediate mitigation.

To resolve the water damage and return the property to its pre-loss state, our team  implemented a scientific "dry-in-place" strategy that combines heavy-duty moisture extraction with aggressive environmental control. By utilising high-capacity LGR dehumidifiers to lower vapour pressure and strategically positioned air movers to break the boundary layer of surface saturation, they forced the trapped moisture out of porous materials like the wood panelling and carpet fibres. This physical evaporation, coupled with regular moisture mapping and the application of antimicrobial sanitisers, effectively neutralised the risk of structural warping and mould growth, ensuring  the building remains stable and hygienic without the need for a full-scale demolition of the affected areas.
