To address the water damage at the property, our team implemented a professional-grade structural drying strategy designed to mitigate moisture and prevent long-term secondary damage like mould growth or structural warping. Our technicians deployed a high-capacity Phoenix LGR (Low Grain Refrigerant) dehumidifier to aggressively pull moisture from the air, paired with industrial air movers to create high-velocity airflow across the saturated surfaces. This combination accelerates the evaporation process, ensuring that moisture is extracted from both the flooring and the sub-structure.
