Our team promptly responded to the water damage in the apartment. We assessed the affected areas, which included both carpeted rooms and a utility closet with standing water near a water heater/furnace. We initiated water extraction, set up specialized drying equipment, including industrial fans, and began the structural drying process to prevent further damage and mold growth in the affected areas of the apartment.
