Teasdale Fenton's Covid-19 Response and Protocol

During these uncertain times it is important that our customers understand that we have an emergency plan in place and we have enacted new safety protocol's to not only protect our customers but also our employees. We understand that our customers may have questions about our services and the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. Our staff is currently monitoring communications from the CDC, Governors office and the Federal Government to ensure that we are compliant and within the latest guideance to contain the spread of covid-19.

According to the CDC the first step of any sanitation or disinfection process is cleaning. Cleaning is going to remove dust, dirt and soils all of which will hide organisms and interfere with the sanitation process. If you do not clean any surface before trying to sanitize or disinfect the process could be compromised.

At Teasdale Fenton ALL of our employees are equipped to assist ALL of our customers in any of their cleaning needs. We can clean any surface in the home or business regardless of surface type. (wood, tile, vct, stone, any and all textiles)

Below you will find a list of precautions and protocol changes we have made to ensure we are safely assisting our customers and our employees during this uncertain time.

 

1. Chemicals

Teasdale Fenton offers a full range of fully compliant sanitizers and disinfectants.

2. Teasdale Task Force

Teasdale Fenton has assembled a certified group of technicians that are able to do anything from precautionary sanitizing in your office or home to a full blown sanitizing of a office or home that has had a known positive infection. We can clean all touch points as well as use fog, mist and foam protocols to sanitize and disinfect.

3. Equipment Disinfection Protocol

All cleaning equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each job that we complete. This will mitigate any risk of spreading the virus. This process will then be completed again at the end of each business day along with cleaning and disinfecting all of our equipment and vehicles.

4. Employee PPE and Training

All of our employees have been provided with a full gambit of PPE equipment ranging from gloves, M-95 masks, disinfectant, shoe covers and in rare occasions tyvek suites and full face respirators if they were needed.  We have also trained with our employees in accordance with Ohio Health Department and CDC on social distancing and personal hygene including washing hands, coughing into elbow etc. 

5. Checking Employees 

For the safety of our customers as well as our employees each employee will begin their day by coming into an isolated office and we check each employee for a fever as well as any other pertinant symptoms then our employee signs a daily health inspection log that states they are in good health and are not showing any symptoms. Once they are confirmed as being in good health then they are allowed to enter for the day. This process is then repeated again each morning.
