Teasdale Fenton begins the mold testing process with a visual inspection of your property. We will focus particularly on walls around pipes, sinks, tubs, and all mold susceptible areas. If mold is discovered, the area will be scraped, and the sample will be analyzed.

Mold testing immediately determines whether or not a mold problem exists, and will identify the type of mold spores detected. While some cases may involve a small accumulation of benign mold, while others may lead to the discovery of large, toxic colonies.
